What products do you use for facials?

A head spa treatment is a deeply relaxing experience that combines scalp cleansing, massage, and therapeutic techniques to improve scalp and hair health. It can help reduce tension, support circulation, and leave you feeling refreshed from head to toe.
Do I need to prepare anything before my appointment?
We recommend arriving 15 minutes early to allow time for a brief consultation and to ensure you’re relaxed before your service begins. You’ll receive a confirmation email after booking that includes links to any necessary consent forms—please complete these prior to your visit. No other preparation is needed, but for facial services, it’s helpful to arrive with minimal makeup if possible.
Can I book a facial and head spa treatment together?
Absolutely! Many of our clients enjoy combining services for a full self-care experience. You can book both treatments back-to-back online or by giving us a call.
Are your products safe for sensitive skin?
Yes! Both Dermalogica and Awaken Therapeutic products are formulated to be gentle and free from common irritants like parabens and sulfates, making them suitable for most skin and scalp types—including sensitive skin. However, as with any treatment, reactions are still possible. That’s why we encourage you to complete your consent forms in advance with as much detail as possible, and to share any concerns or questions with your provider during your consultation.
Is there an age requirement for services?
Minors are welcome to receive services, but clients under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian during all spa treatments.
What if I’m pregnant or have a medical condition?
Please inform us when booking if you are pregnant or have any medical concerns. We will do our best to modify your treatment to ensure your comfort and safety.
How do I cancel or reschedule my appointment?
We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations and no-shows are subject to our cancellation policy. You can manage appointments through our online booking system or by calling us directly.
