How do I cancel or reschedule my appointment?
We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations and no-shows are subject to our cancellation policy. You can manage appointments through our online booking system or by calling us directly.

We recommend arriving 15 minutes early for a consultation. Complete consent forms from your confirmation email prior to your visit. For facials, arrive with minimal makeup.

Absolutely! Many of our clients enjoy combining services for a full self-care experience. You can book both treatments back-to-back online or by giving us a call.

We use Dermalogica skincare products—results-driven, professional-grade, and free from common irritants.
Are your products safe for sensitive skin?
Yes, Dermalogica and Awaken Therapeutic products are formulated to be gentle. Please share concerns during your consultation.
Are your products safe for sensitive skin?
Yes! Both Dermalogica and Awaken Therapeutic products are formulated to be gentle and free from common irritants like parabens and sulfates, making them suitable for most skin and scalp types, including sensitive skin. However, as with any treatment, reactions are still possible. That’s why we encourage you to complete your consent forms in advance with as much detail as possible, and to share any concerns or questions with your provider during your consultation.
Can I book services if I am pregnant?
Yes, but some treatments requiring you to lie flat may not be suitable. Call ahead to determine the best options.
Do you offer prenatal massage?
No, for safety reasons we do not perform massage services during pregnancy.
Is there an age requirement for services?
Minors welcome with parent/guardian present. Massage: 12-17 with parent present; 18+ to book alone; no massage under 12.
What should I do before booking if I’m expecting?
If you are pregnant, please contact us before scheduling your appointment. Our providers will review your options and help guide you to services that are safe and comfortable for your stage of pregnancy.
