Appointments
Appointments can be scheduled online or by phone. When booking with Casa Bella Head Spa, you are agreeing to all policies outlined on this page. A valid credit card is required to reserve all services, including those intended to be paid with a gift card.
Our scalp therapy treatments are designed to promote scalp health and may not be suitable for all hair types or styles. We are unable to perform services on hair that is in cornrows, extensions, or dreadlocks due to the nature of the treatments and the need for direct scalp access.
Additionally, please note that there will be a $20 upcharge for hair that extends past the middle of the back, as this requires additional product and time to ensure a thorough and effective treatment.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy
Your appointment time is reserved just for you. To respect the time of our staff and other clients:
A 20% deposit of the total service cost is required at the time of booking.
To receive a full refund of your deposit, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
To reschedule and apply your deposit to a future appointment, notice must be given at least 24 hours in advance.
Late cancellations or reschedules (less than 24 hours’ notice) will forfeit the deposit.
No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
If you arrive late, we may need to shorten your service to stay on schedule. You will still be charged for the full amount of the originally booked service. If you are more than 15 minutes late and we are unable to perform the service, it will be considered a no-show and 100% of the service fee will be charged.
Our cancellation policy allows us to accommodate other clients and respect our team’s time. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
Gift Cards
Available in any amount and may include gratuity.
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Lost or stolen cards will not be replaced.
Gift cards are transferable and expire two years from the date of purchase.
